New Kindle Fire has been announced by Amazon on Wednesday 28 September 2011. The Kindle has remained talk of the day all over the World because of its 7 inch attractive looks, elegant style and number of loaded applications. There had been a number of comparisons throughout regarding its competition with Apple iPad and iPad 2. Similarly it has also opened the eyes and ears of other companies who have also released their tablets in the market at very high prices.
Great thing about this Kindle is price which is $199 so every one can plan to buy. 7 inch of touchscreen display further adds up to the compactness of this all new device. Amazon has already released few Kindles before this one as well but they were never so much successful or famous because mostly them were only having features of WiFi and book reading. Most of the people want a huge complex of applications loaded on their devices and most used applications are video games. What is missing in this Kindle is Camera, GPS and no microphone support but these are very negligible drawbacks if compared in terms of price with iPad or Galaxy Tablets.
HP TouchPad was also released this year and rather I would call it a year of tablets as countless tablets have come into sight in 2011. HP TouchPad was failed by company itself apparently due to WebOS failure but there are many other reasons as well. The price of HP TouchPad was almost close to Apple iPad but they were not at all having a great support which iPad users get in shape of Apple App Store. Nowadays success of any tablet or smartphone depends largely upon a bug free operating system and support of as many applications as possible. Now Amazon Kindle Fire only at a reasonable price of $199 comes with a huge applications, movies, books and many more already supported by their own store. Plus Amazon Kindle Fire is Android based so has a support of Android Market too.

The place where Kindle Fire is going to make the difference will be Amazon own store which is loaded with a lot of entertaining material for buyers. Along with Android free pre loaded applications Amazon will definitely give their buyers some kind of relief and initially they have announced a free month of Amazon Prime with purchase. Amazon is also going to provide their users with Amazon cloud service where the data can be stores anytime. Otherwise 8 GB of space in such a great device is not a small advantage for users in which they will be able to install 80 applications plus 10 movies or 800 songs or 6000 books. All new features include Amazon Web Browser for Kindle named as Amazon Silk which is claimed to be ultra fast in page loading. There is yet many more to be unfolded, for that we will have to wait for a while.
