According to the latest research conducted by ChangeWave Research in December 2011, 54 percent of respondents of their polls said they wanted to buy a new iPhone in the first quarter of 2012, while only 13 percent said they were going to choose a new Samsung phone.

54 percent seems to be a big number, and one would think this means that Apple is the overall winner here, but if you look at the results of the similar poll held in September 2011, you’ll understand that the demand for Apple’s products has actually declined. In September, 65 percent of respondents said they were planning to buy an iPhone. Perhaps they were expecting Apple to release the iPhone 5 and were disappointed when the company announced and released the iPhone 4S, and that was the reason of the decline in demand from 65 percent to 54 percent.

On the other hand, in September 2011 only 5 percent of respondents said they wanted a Samsung phone, and this number has grown almost three times to 13 percent in several months. Perhaps this was because Samsung managed to release several really good phones (like the Samsung Galaxy Nexus in November or the Galaxy Note in October) and has big plans on other upcoming phones (I guess we’ve all heard about the legendary Samsung Galaxy S3). So if Samsung continues like this, after a couple of years Samsung phones will become much more popular than the iPhone models, especially if they’re usually more affordable than most iPhone deals.

Demand for Motorola has also risen a bit from 5 percent to 7 percent, which is not bad for sure, though we can’t say the same about BlackBerry and even about HTC – both have declined from 3 to 2 percent and from 6 to 3 percent respectively, which is easily explainable, I think… Have you heard about any really great BB or HTC phone during these months? I have to admit that the HTC Sensation XE seems to be a good phone, and maybe those 3 percent of respondents were going to buy exactly that phone.

As for BB, RIM fared really poorly even when the respondents who owned a BB phone were asked if they were satisfied with it – according to the same ChangeWave, only 22 percent of RIM users are satisfied with their phones, while 75 percent of iPhone owners love their devices and are truly satisfied.

Meanwhile, 47 percent of Samsung and HTC phones owners and 45 percent of Motorola device owners don’t regret having bought them.

Case No.1:

In first case you can reinstall both Installous and AppSync on your Jailbroken device. Then try to install any application. Hopefully it will work fine now. In order to reinstall go to Cydia > Manage > Packages. Here scroll down and find both Installous and AppSync.
