How to Fix White or Missing icons after Jailbreak with iWipe on iPhone, iPad or iPod

This is a common problem and if you have just Jailbroken your device on iOS 5.0.1 then you a prone to this issue. The icons which come on the screen after Jailbreak such as Cydia, Installous etc at times are either vanished away or look like pure white in color. At times they even show up transparent with only outlines visible to you.

There is no need to worry at all and there is even no need to think that your Jailbreak was faulty. Just you have a simple solution to this problem which takes you to clearing of cache. The app which is required to clear your cache is also one of the Cydia App which can be downloaded via Cydia. Name of this app is iWipe and some out of you must have heard about this one before as well.

This app was used to clear the cache problems in your iPhone which were caused due to Winterboard. Now you can get rid of this whiteout issue using this Cydia App.

These images can also be restored using another option of Respiring the iPhone but you might have noticed that it does not lasts long. So in order to keep your phone in a working condition without white or disappeared icons, must tap on your Cydia > Search iWipe > Install and you are done.
