Mirror Mirror on the wall and Snow White and the Huntsman are going to be released in the same year. Universal has released the trailer of Snow White and the Huntsman a few days ago. Now Relativity Media has unveiled their version called Mirror Mirror.
In the Universal’s version,”Snow White”, Kriten Steward is playing the fair snow and has to deal with evil queen, Charlize Theron whereas in the Mirror Mirror Lily Collins has to handle Julia Roberts. The Price Charming is going to be Armie Hammer, also starring in the movie are Sean Bean and Nathan Lane. The director of the Snow White has said in press tour of his movie that his version is Kiddie and is fairy tale for children and families whereas Mirror Mirror is opposite to Snow White and the Huntsmen. It is more silly romantic comedy than to be a family movie. Both are visually greatly pictured with stunning effects.
Snow White and the Huntsman is more realistic, epic and dark adventured Fairy Tale while Mirror Mirror is more colorful. Both the versions could be equally enjoyable depending upon your mood. If you are in the light mood then Mirror Mirror will be more valuable. However, based on the trailers, the evil queen Theron wins hands down and Robert’s queen seems to be better suited with Disney’s Madhatter than with Snow White.
Mirror Mirror is going to be released in March 16th 2012 about three months before than, Snow White and the Huntsman whose release date is 1st June 2012. Now that you have seen both the trailers, it can be better judged which version you think is better amongst each other.
